What does working as a team mean for us?

Everyone looks for reliable, trustworthy, committed and flexible team members, but it is not a Given!

Could we say « Variety is the spice of life” and that applies to a team also. The thing that changes everything ….

If members of the team know their roles and those of other members
If members of the team share a common goal
If members of the team respect each other and the work done
Then you have all the pieces of the puzzle, right?

If members of the team seek out certain roles and they perform effectively in the ones that are most natural for them (M. Belbin)

After many years of being an employee, I was dreaming of working with a team I chose, I realized that working with people who could choose to work with you is one of the best ways to reach your goals.

I launched the company with this belief  » being independent but as well as working as a team »
A team committed to your projects

Because, I believe that being your own boss means responsibility towards your clients, if you want to keep your clients you need to be reliable, trustworthy, committed and flexible, right?
I mean being a partner

I just ended a contract for a small US based company, about 10 employees in total, the CEO did not have enough funds to hire permanent employees, but he needed to move forward with a promising new drug.
He contacted me through LinkedIn (Thank you!) and he needed someone who could fill the gap of resources and knowledge for submitting a clinical trial in Europe.
Mission accomplished in 3 months!

The EU team was made up of experienced freelancers who worked together to achieve this goal. No need to belong to the same entity for reaching success.

To succeed, one of the most important, I believe is:
A team is not a bunch of people with job titles, but a congregation of individuals, each of whom has a role which is understood by other members ». (M. Belbin)
